Week 2 challenge!

Ok time for week two! THIS WEEK IS GOING TO BE EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEASY! lol my 4 year old loves when I say that:)
Burn 100 Extra calories every day. Every one has their normal work outs but I want you to burn just 100 more everyday...sounds easy?? it's harder then you think...lol. I tried it this past week and although It can only take just a short time to do, finding the "extra" time is hard. But I do Have a list for you of just a few things that will help you:)
Play volleyball for 15 minutes
Wax your car for 20 minutes
Enjoy the lake and canoe for 25 minutes
dance for 30 minutes
Billiards for 40 minutes
garden for 20 minutes
Rock climbing for 15 minutes
cartwheels for 10 minutes
Soccer for 15 minutes
Ice-skate for 20 minutes
Shovel snow for 15 minutes
Fly a kite for 30 minutes
Play softball for 20 minutes
Wrestle for 15 minutes
Play guitar for 35 minutes
Play darts for 40 minutes
On a farm? Bail hay for 15 minutes
Have Ping-Pong match for 25 minutes
hike for 20 minutes
Visit the zoo 45 minutes
Wash your dog for 25 minutes
Play fetch with your pooch for 20 minutes
Hoola hoop for 20 minutes
Go fishing for 40 minutes
Bowl for 30 minutes
Belly dancing for 20 minutes
Chop some firewood for 5 minutes
Nine holes or a little put-put. Go golfing for 20 minutes
Pushing the baby in the stroller for 20 minutes
Trim the shrubs for 20 minutes
Shoot hoops on the court for 20 minutes
Hit some tennis balls for 15 minutes
Running up and down stairs for 10 minutes
Give a massage to someone for 20 minutes
Sled in the park for 15 minutes
Play touch football for 15 minutes
Throw a Frisbee around for 30 minutes
Refinish a piece of furniture 25 minutes
Play the piano for 35 minutes
Play catch with the kids for 35 minutes
Cook a delish meal for 40 minutes
Go roller-skating for 15 minutes
swim for 15 minutes
Wash your car for 30 minutes
Wallpaper a room for 30 minutes
horseback riding 25 minutes
paint a room in your house for 30 minutes
Play with your kids 30 minutes
Do NOT feel limited by this list! these are just suggestions that I found and thought of that I knew would work for some if not all at some point. If you have something in mind that you know you love to do that is fun... research it and see how long you have to do it to burn 100! JUST HAVE FUN!!
Ok so thats more then a few but there are plenty of fun things to do to burn that little 100 calories. And also If you notice none of these things are "exercise". I want this to be fun...not just adding an extra 5 or 10 minutes to something. And yes something may not look "fun" to everyone...like the shoveling snow...but I for one LOVE to shovel snow...lol. Just wish we had some:sad:
second part of the challenge...what I didn't mention 2 parts??!!! lol It's easy you got this! All it is, is while your brushing your teeth...squeeze. while your on the phone...... squeeze...while your doing whatever by yourself...squeeze! squeeze what?? your butt of course what else?? lmao If your brushing you teeth why not do some squats or squeeze your tush to help get those muscles tighter?? So this week every time your brushing squat or squeeze, your choice. or if you don't want to brushing...do it while your home alone on the phone:) when ever you can
ok now for the rules: NO "EXERCISING" these 100 off! You MUST have fun!! lmao demanding fun:laugh:
You must burn 100 a day. and you have to squeeze your butt :huh: durring the time you see fit:) There are 22 of us, So we are ALL held accountable I will make another topic called We did what??!! and all we have to do is go in and say...... what day it is, did you squeeze, and then what you did to burn the 100. nothing more unless you want. Example: Monday, Yes, bowling with kids. See easy:) I will be checking this daily and if I have to mother you to get you on there..I WILL! :laugh: so beware!!!

Ok, I didn't do well that week - I was on and off and all over the place. I didn't get in my extra 100 calories of "fun" although I did do quite a number of bum squeezes through the week. Time to get back on track0
