Top a baked potato with vegetarian chili (or black or pinto beans) and any or all of the following raw veggies/fruits:

How would you make the vegetarian chilli?0

Cook off the onions and then add the rest basically and cook til the sauce thickens and the veg are soft. Is there a calorie cound on that?0
