Before joining MFP I was CONTENT in my unhappy state. Take this evening, it had gotten to 10.40pm and I hadn't done my shred and I thought meh I'll just write today off. But NOOOOOOOOOO because of knowing you are all there all 405 of you doing this I felt I couldn't be the one to break it and say 'stuff it'.

So now it's 11.15pm I am unbelievably sweaty and achey as I have done my first level 2 and I hate (LOVE) you all.

Now where's the towel so I can have a shower......


in all seriousness though I don't know what I'd do without you guys as support and encouragement, or rather I do - I would've sat up for another hour watching CSI reruns and gone to bed feeling grumpy for having done nothing with my evening.

    HEHEHE, I had to blow it off Saturday because I was so busy then too tired. I did it twice yesterday to catch up.

    and remember it won't hurt to take a day off, in fact you should have a rest day!! But good for you for doing it anyway...Way to go! How is level 2? I have one more day on 1 and I'm worried I hear it hard!

    I had a rest day last week due to my wrist swelling up, it is hard work, I was properly sweaty after it, its very dynamic. It was tricky to do it all as currently I can't support my wait on my arm so having to try modify things or redo exercises from level 1 so that I'm still getting workout in.

    BUT it does feel good :)

    i wanted to not finish D10L1 last night and my boyfriend was like you did it this long and your goal is to do it everyday so get up and get going....so i got my lazy butt up and did my last day of level 1....did level 2 today for the first time and i hate most of the work outs but thats just me :)
