Baked Alaska:
Make protein ice cream, brownie and fluff.
Place ice cream on brownie and coat with fluff. Bake for a few mins at 400 for 2 min.
Very tasty but way too much trouble..
I won't be doing this again... Calories were a bit out of control as I went gigantic with the recipe..
Here's the monster brownie --
I ended up slicing it into multiple layers with the ice cream between
