    I've tracked my food consistently for the past five days and I am feeling SO good about that. Filled up on a healthy lunch and lots of water, back to work I go!
  • Thanks for posting for me! I was stricken with a migraine for a good portion of the day. | didn't eat as well as I could have, but I got in a workout so yay for that!

    The second day was a bit tougher than the first because it was a heavy workout day. I always feel like I could eat infinitely after a tough run, but today I ate well and was careful about what I was putting into my body. I need to get more bananas for sure.
