How to track Exercise

I want to be strict with tracking my food and exercises on here. Does any one have any recommendations on how to track the 30 day shred on here in your daily diary? I'm at a loss for what to do..

Ps..after day 1 I'm TOTALLY sore. Its hard lowering myself to the toilet (which I have to do A LOT since I'm drinking a ton of water haha). Hope this gets a bit easier!

    I post it as circuit training but if you want the most accuracy get a HRM and that should do the trick!

    I use my hrm but I realize that's not an option for everyone.
