30 Day Shred Starting Jan 1 2012 Who's In?
Hello! Starting a new round of 30DS on 1/1, anyone want to start with me and help hold eachother accountable??? Let me know and I will start a group. Results!
I'm done - and I did it in 30 days : ) I am most proud of my sense of accomplishment. I am fairly happy with the results too. I lost 2.2 kg (about 4 lbs). Here are my results
I started at 154lbs. I am currently 151lbs, so I only lost 3lbs. I lost an inch from my waist, muffin top, bust and chest measurements. I lost a half inch from my hips, and thighs. I can definitely see a difference in my before and after pictures. I did it backwards though. I combined my before and afters, but my afters…
Day 29
One more day! I had to keep telling myself that today while I was working out. I can't believe we're almost done. This month flew!
I had to stop :-(
I got to about day 14 and had to stop due to hurting my ankle. I was unable to walk for about 10 days so doing the 30DS was not possible. I have been working out on the wii - personal trainer to get my strength up and when Im physically stronger I will do the 30DS and I will complete it.
Day 30
I did it!! Day 30 is over! I will post my results tomorrow after a friend measures me. Whew! I am proud of us!
Day 28
Only TWO more days to go! Woohoo! I cannot wait to measure myself Tuesday morning!
Day 27
Day 27 - I can't believe I made it this far in 27 days lol. So technically it is 12:38AM and I just finished so I might not have technically done it on the 27th day but it's close enough. Three days to go!
Day 26
I was back in the groove today and knocked out day 26! We're *so* close to being done. I can't wait to measure myself again!!
Day 25
I was so not into it today. Not sure if it's b/c I did yesterday's so late and I felt like I had just done it or b/c I took a spin class this a.m. Either way, def not my best day. Tomorrow will be different. Only 5 more days!!
