I've done day 3 and 4..and found them to be helpful in terms of instruction and right amount of time if your looking for 20-30 minute wakeup or Daily Yoga. Yesterday, the instructor used a belt to assist with the leg position and found that helpful and interesting. also, t-shirt works good as a belt substitute0
