Hey guys -
I don't know about you, but on any given day, I've got a million thoughts racing thru my mind.
Please don't be shy about posting your fleeting thoughts, questions or anything else that might occur to you on here.
I don't want to solely hog up our group's time 8-)
Remember its OUR group, not just one of ours and more importantly, participation is vital to all of our individual success'.
Just a thought.

Do you think if you go running or do video exercise (Wii Zumba or Just Dance or whatever) for about an hour, that will cure your cravings?0

I find that whenever I am hungry, exercise PLUS water help get my focus back on my weight loss goal. (Plus the skinny little things on my Zumba videos make me want to work harder!) ;}0
