    WOW day 11 done. I LOVE level 2 its tough and I suffered but it is way better then level 1 I HATED level 1 LOL

    Level 2 was brutal....started it today. Plus side is I burned an extra 50 cal :)

    I did it! I took two days off this week instead of one. I may try to make up for it by working out again this evening. I've had so much to do the past couple days as far as homework and tests to study for that I just didn't have the time. Level 2, day 1 down int he books! On a really positive note I did weigh myself this morning and am down 2 pounds from last week! :))

    Oh, Holy Mother Of GOD!!!!!! I have no words... Just finished D1 L2.... YIKES!! No messing around!! As much as it killed me and I hated every minute of it... I LOVE IT!!!! :laugh: :drinker:

    Day 11 DONE! (L2D4, one week on level 1)

    I actually was sweating for the first time today... But it feel good!
    I like both levels

    I had to go out of town unexpectedly....I did exercise at the hotel...but didn't shred (should have brought the video with me, but weights wouldn't be possible) ran anyways :smile:

    Just finished day 1 of level 2 and holy-freakin-moly, I am still panting. At first I was happy about the change in the cardio, but seriously holy moly all those plank moves...WOW! What is 3 going to be like? I think that this is where we will see the most results!
