I had to go out of town unexpectedly....I did exercise at the hotel...but didn't shred (should have brought the video with me, but weights wouldn't be possible) ran anyways

Just finished day 1 of level 2 and holy-freakin-moly, I am still panting. At first I was happy about the change in the cardio, but seriously holy moly all those plank moves...WOW! What is 3 going to be like? I think that this is where we will see the most results!0
