    I will say that I do weigh myself daily, and I keep track. They say that a woman's weight will fluctuate around 2 lbs daily on average, and I think that keeping track day-to-day allows me to notice what my own body's fluctuation is. I get a little disgruntled when I see the scale tip back up, but if its within that 2 lbs, I pay attention to it but I don't over-stress because just as quickly as it shows up, it might be gone the next day. I only worry when that 2 becomes 4 becomes 6. I think the best I can say on here, from someone who does check her weight "a lot" is don't check more than once a day, whenever you do check make it the same time of day for each weigh-in, and take into account clothing (if you're wearing any) or meals you've had. Just little tips I've developed, but pretty much common knowledge lol!

    I usually weigh myself everyday so I keep on track, but I can do my posting on Sundays. When I started my lifestyle change right before xmas my beginning weight was 150. MFP has really helped me and joining this group I know will help me keep on track.
