4/8/12 Sunday Weigh-In
Went on an overnight stay in Bahrain & was a little worried as the food & adult beverages are sooooo good! Yep had a weight gain but was able to stay really focused the rest of the week to turn it around. Last week: 165 pounds This week: 163 pounds

Not a good week but the arrival of "TOM" maybe part to blame...between the french fry & chocolate craving it was bound to go somewhere. But my motivation for the week to try harder to resistant anymore temptations! Laste week 174.5 lbs This week 175.5 lbs
