We spent the day 4-wheeling in the desert for my son's 12th birthday and came along a bedouin moving his herd home for the night & he allowed us to take a picture with his camel. A very memorable birthday!

We live in Saudi Arabia in the Eastern Providence. The Persian Gulf is about 2 blocks from my house. My husband works for an oil company & we live on the company's compound. We took a drive out to the desert to celebrate my son's and his friends' (a set of triplets) 12th birthday.0 -

I so wanted to just take a nap this afternoon BUT made myself get outside and take a walk. We've had sand/dust storms the past few days and today was such a clear day I couldn't pass it up. And the scenery I have during my walk is inspiring too...
