A good week even with the impending "TOM"

Last week: 170 lbs
This week 168 lbs

    I didn't do bad or good this week until last night we went out for St Pat's, thats why i went up. I only had one glass of wine but the meal was over in calories. I didn't stuff myself but the food was more carbs than I allow.

    How can this be true?!?! I've been exercising more, following my calorie goal. I even stood on the scale twice because I couldn't believe my eyes! I hate gaining! Now I feel like I am starting all over. I have GOT to get out of these 190's. Been here for way too long.

    Maybe look at your sodium intake. A high sodium intake can lead to excess water weight. Try drinking more water to flush things out. Is "TOM" (time of month) looming in the near future? I know these things affect my weight...they tend to lead to a weight gain. Hang in there!!! You can do this-one day at a time.
