Here We Go 5-8lbs lighter

Today Starts the Chicken and Fish Diet..... Next week Friday we should weigh in 5-8lbs lighter.....
Today I'm 172lbs yeah! From 179!!!
AM:
1 Wheat toast (butter substitute) 1 egg (whole)
1 fruit (my pref bananas) any small fruit
1 green tea, black coffee, (sugar substitute) or water (please drink something!)
NOON(ish) :
4 oz chicken breast
3 cups of salad mix (roughage only)
2 tbs. of low fat or fat free dressing (my pref honey mustard by Kens)
1/2 pita bread
WATER!!!!! ITS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DRINK 1/2 YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN OUNCES OF WATER (me 172lbs drink 82oz water)
MID-DAY
1 fruit or 2 cups fresh fruit
water bottle (remember sometimes when you're hungry your actually THIRSTY)
DINNER:
4oz fish (baked)
2 cups veggies (my pref green beans, greens, mixed veggies)
1/4 cup of brown rice (butter substitute)
WATER!!!!!
***Take a multi vitamin daily, drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water***
