I called the medifast nutritionist and he tweaked a few things for me since I only dropped like 3 pounds in 11 days. now it is almost three weeks and at maybe 4 pounds. I did what he said and forced myself like to increase the lean and green I did not have enough fat and protein. The I had to add the fourth medifast. I was only doing 3 I have no time for four drinks or puddings.
Still nothing. Just frustrated.

If you are not eating the 5 meals plus a full lean and green you could definitely be starving your self! If you eat on plan you are only going to get around 800-950 calories as it is, you don't want to skip any of them. You need the nutrition it provides or you won't be healthy.

It might be how you are doing the program. So did I read your post correctly that nutrition support has you on the 4 & 2 plan? 4 Medifast meals and 2 lean and green meals? Are you currently exercising? Did you measure yourself? I have had a client that hardly lost anything her first week in regards to pounds but lost 7 inches by the third week. 7 inches is a lot! If I could see your charting of your meals I would be able to tell you a bit more but I can't view it. Anyway, highly suggest a coach to help you one on one. Mine really shaped me and helped me a lot!

Thanks for all your help. I was having a reaction to some of the ingredients. I have very bad stomach and I was bloating etc. I stopped the plan and in 24 hours I dropped 2 pounds and my migraines went away and what I thought was a horrible fibro flare.
I need to just stay on Atkins (or very low carb and high protein) and I have to eat like all natural.

You might have a sensitivity to soy. If you wanted to stay on plan you could just use the whey products and limit the soy products. My mother has a very sensitive stomach as well and the digestive enzymes were the only things that have ever worked to eleviate her digestive issues. She has stuck it out and lost 50 pounds so far. Highly suggest those enzymes! Can't believe how they have helped her and one of my clients that has IBS. Also, if you have Dr. A's Habits of Health you can do the program using regular food and maybe 3 MF meals a day. I believe it's chapters 9-12 but you'll have to count calories and carbs. Good luck!
