How's everyone doing?! I'm doing great and feeling awesome! Can't wait to eat cleaner in the next week and eliminate my allergens! It's helping me feel tons better along with TurboFire of course!

What's everyone's workout of choice and how are you doing on it? Need any help with your food logs? Let's help each other out!

    Hi! :-) My workout of choice is TurboFire, however I'm currently doing the hybrid program with ChaLEAN Extreme. I also love doing yoga because I find that sometimes I just need a good stretch. :-) I'm doing pretty good with my logging. I've changed up a lot of things this year from last, and I seem to have become a fish because I'm drinking like TONS of water every day. Haha, no more diet sodas and/or coffee for me - and honestly, being without caffeine hasn't taken much of a toll on me!
