    1. Exercised today on the Elliptical at work;
    2. Got back into my music - really motivated me!
    3. Decided to make #1 (above) apart of my daily work routine;

    2. Had a cup of green tea
    3. Took the stairs
    4. Went to the grocery store to get ingredients to make my own pizza instead of calling it in
    5. Had a pre-dinner snack of salad with arugula and bell peppers

    2. Gulped the water down
    3. Surfed the forums for inspiration
    (yes I just woke up not long ago)
  • 1) worked out for 45 min before work
