Time Zone Setting

Just in case anyone else was like me...
i was getting annoyed that when I checked my food diary it would often open on yesterdays diary day. Sometimes I would enter stuff only to find I'd entered it on the wrong day. I've now changed the time zone to NZ under settings at the very top of the page.
Probably no one else out there with this 'issue'.....
