Does anybody use one? I'm not even sure exactly how they work. Do they monitor your heart rate when exercising and then do they tell you how many calories you have burnt? :smile:

Just in case anyone else was like me... i was getting annoyed that when I checked my food diary it would often open on yesterdays diary day. Sometimes I would enter stuff only to find I'd entered it on the wrong day. I've now changed the time zone to NZ under settings at the very top of the page. Probably no one else out…
I cannot get over how many calories are in Fruit!! I always thought any fruit or vege was good for you. What foods do you find tasty and filling that are low calorie... or low calorie for the amount of fillingness you get from it?
