Hi everyone
Especially for new 12 wbt members, and those that don't have the Crunchtime Cookbook and the Losing the Last 5kgs book, here I some links I came across today for "samples" of 300-ish calorie recipes that are filling and yummy. You'll find probably all of them already on this database to add to your diary - just search the recipe name or "Michelle Bridges" or "12wbt";
12wbt recipes

This link is to the penguin.com.au website. On the left hand side of the web page are the links to 2 recipes and 3 you tube videos where Michelle cooks a recipe from the book. I haven't watched them in a while - but I'm pretty sure she gives the actual recipe while she's demonstrating.

This link is for 6 recipes from losing the last 5 kgs - still useful if you have more than 5kgs to lose though.

Oh thats very helpful thank you. I'm in NZ where Michelle is pretty much unheard of so I don't see anything in magazines0

i actually made the lentil and beetroot ricotta salad last night, but swapped the lentils for chickpeas as she recommends, we are not a big fan of lentils.
i'm gonna make it again for my lunch to take to work.0 -
