Monday - Do 30 minutes of Ab exercises
Tuesday - 100 Star Jumps
Wednesday - Run/walk 1.5 miles
Thursday - No Junk food
Friday - Do 100 Squats today! (YOU CAN DO IT)
Saturday - Try a new exercise today! One that you have never done!!

Hey I missed the jumping jacks but everywhere else I'm good 13 lbs left in the ESE challenge but 10lbs after that!! and 15lbs thats AMAZING congrats0 -
So far this week has been pretty good for this challenge. 100 squats...I haven't done yet, but I did a new exercise (for me) last night so I will flip the two. My son talked me into doing the Fit for Soccer PRO on my PS3 DVD. OMG! That had to have been the hardest one I have done on the DVD so far...way too much running! But, retrospect...ya it was good! (after my legs stopped burning and I caught by breath again that is!) LOL
I figure that I will do this again, only on days I have lots of energy though - not at night before bed! Slept well though!
