(I know everyone here probably already knows this to be true, but it's worth re-iterating:)

Don't fall off the wagon - Journal your exercise and eating habits. It's statistically proven doing both will improve your diet and health routine by more than 85%.

Accountability is an invaluable tool BUT it will NOT work, if you're not TRUE to yourself or your peers.

Stay true.
