I'm traveling next week and will be staying in a hotel with no access to a car. Soooooo.....I don't want to blow my plan by eating out of "convenience." Any suggestions on how to pull this off without gaining weight?

Does the hotel room have a small fridge? Could you take a taxi to the grocery store and pick up some yogurt, cheese sticks, fruit, etc just so you have some healthy snacks? Then watch your choices and portions when ordering from menus. Again if the room has a fridge and microwave, you can put half your restaurant dinners in a take out box. Use oil/vinegar on salad instead of salad dressing, that will save you a couple hundred calories that can be put towards the rest of the meal.

Pack some cut up veggies, yogurts etc anything small that you would normally snack on, and keep them in the little fridge in your room. That way you wont be so tempted to eat all the wrong things when you go out for a meal. Also, Keep Busy - wandering/exploring the hotel/area.
