This week's Challenges:
1. Spend an extra 10 minutes or however much you can spare doing household chores such as cleaning, organizing or paying bills.
2. No fried food this week!
3. Nothing good can come of dousing something in oil... sidestep that landmine and opt for a healthier option. Your body will thank you!
4. Do three random acts of kindness ! After the holidays, life often becomes hectic and we forget about those who are less fortunate than us. This week, take a few minutes out of your day and do three things for others that you otherwise wouldn't have done. It will make both you and others feel wonderful.
5. Squat, Squat, Squat!!! Lets shoot for 25-50 a day!!! You can do them in sets of 5, 10, or all at once! It doesn't matter! Share how you have done!
Sorry to be MIA on the boards, but I am back! I am going to go to Walmart tomorrow and get some wonderful foods, and I will be slamming those fruits and veggies! I also WILL do 30 minutes of something tomorrow as well. I WILL, I WILL!!!
The kids' rooms now have carpet now I am just waiting on the hubby to paint the trim and get it in and they will get to move everything back in! Right now they have beds and t.v.'s and that is it. We have to install the closet doors and the closet hanging rod thing, too. I finally have most of my room back and it felt so nice to vacuum the floor! I did a little venting on my blog last night and I feel so much better! Thanks for bearing with me and my crazyness going on! I love you guys!!!

I had a great week. My eating/water is right on track, and I exercised 4 days this week, still having issues squeezing in workout on the weekends. Work Fri, Sat, Sun 7pm-7am then home by 8am, sleep til 4pm then out the door by 5:30pm. But I am going to make a concerted effort to fit it in at lease once this weekend!!! My weight is steadily moving in the RIGHT direction! When i started with this challenge back in October, my lowest weight was 243, then I gained back into the 250's. I weighed in at 239.8 today! The great thing is my lowest weight since i started this journey on 5/26/2009 was 234. I haven't weighed that in over a year!!! I am 5.8 lbs away from that now!!! I would love to be in the 220's by the end of next month!!!!!0

Great week for me so far. Squats are done all week. Legs are so sore. Nothing fried for me. Easy to do because I don't know how to fry food at home. lol I haven't done anything random for my kindness. I have done kind things, but it has been for a reason, like my friend has been going through some tough things at home so I invited her over, or I have done sweet things for my patients, but as far as a stranger... nothing. I did get my friend Kelly to get on MFP and join the family here! So, I guess that is a good thing. I also have invited her to join the group. Not sure if she will or not because I'm not sure if she uses the site or the app. We shall see.0
