Hi, all! I have decided I needed some accountability this weekend. SO...

My plan for tomorrow is to get in 30 minutes of some workout before lunch. I have a few DVD's to choose from, and my treadmill is still buried. So I am posting this for all of MFP to see in hopes it will make me do it because I will be posting back after lunch time. :noway:

What is your goal or plan for tomorrow? What is something you HAVE to get done? Could be the mound of laundry, (I did mine today), playing the dreaded bills, grocery shopping or getting in a workout.

    My plan for the weekend was to try to fit in exercise before work. So hard on the weekends when you work 12 hrs then sleep all day just to turn around and go back to work for 3 days in a row!! BUT i worked out Saturday before work!!! So proud of myself. So my goal for Sunday is to do the say before work! :D

    9:45 a.m. I Did it! Worked out to my Slim in 6 DVD. I Did the entire thing without stopping!!! Woo Hoo! I felt after not working out for 3 weeks, I needed to start at level 1. I am all sweaty and feeling great!!!!! Made my mini goal because of you all! I didn't want to post that I failed again!!!

    Hi, I tried 2 30 min aerobic/beg dance dvd's on netflix. I liked one of them and going to do it again and will try a bunch more i found later.
