Does anyone know what Les Mills calculates for estimated calorie burn for BP75 and BC50?

Hey I don't know if I've heard of a precise number by Les Mills for those releases, I know they said 737 for Combat 49, but I don't know if they normally publish calorie estimations because there are so many variables. They do have average calories per programme on their website.
Anyhow, I've been wearing my HRM for classes for the last month or so, unfortunately I don't have a number for BP 75 (that was a fab release!) but I can tell you my most recent stats for BC 50 are: 612 (60 min class), 559 and 576 (for 45 min classes) so hopefully that gives you a good idea. For the most current release of pump I'm getting around 450 cals. I'm 5'8" and 146 pounds.
Hope that helps!0 -
Wearing my HRM for the new release of BODYPUMP 82, I've burned anywhere from 445 - 500+ calories in 60 minutes.
(I'm a 5'8, 24 year old female, 147 pounds)0
