Hi everyone! I asked everyone about a daily check in and then got busy! But everyone else chimed in which is great. I've been going to a personal trainer too and I love it! She teaches me and pushes me ever so gently to do more than I would do myself. Then for the rest of the week, I work on the routine she taught me. Wed was my second personal training session. I too have had a nice long weekend due to the holiday and I've been walking, and working out. I actually do better on my days off than when I have to squeeze the gym or walk into before/after work.

I've just made enough Leek & potato soup for a few days so I can take it in my flask and not have sandwiches in this cold weather.
I had great intentions of doing some cross training, but I did 20 minutes yesterday and it broke!! if that's not incentive to lose weight I don't know what is!!
I've already logged in tonights dinner, so that I know what I've got left to play with for the rest of the day, as I like to get to my Calorie goal every day.
I've stil got a bit left so will have a banana with a toffee Muller lite yogurt later whilst watching TV - yum!0
