Bananaberry muffins

1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 mashed ripe banana
2 egg whites
1/4 reduced fat butter
1 cup of blueberries
Preheat oven to 375
Combine oats, flour, wheat germ, baking powder and soda in a large bowl.
In a small bowl whisk together bananas, egg whites, and melted butter until smooth.
Add banana mixture and then blueberries.
Divide batter into 12 sprayed muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cholesterol- 4mg
**I cut sugar in half and leave out the butter. I also add low fat yogurt to substitute for the butter....YUMMY!!!
