Reese - I never walk 15mi in a week b/c i do such a verity of exercies so I would vote for another highway challenge. But I am up for whatever the group decides. Maybe if the group decides on 15mi a week I could set my own goal of maybe 10mi instead.

I have been walking along a long stretch of beach- 6km each way most days since this all started. I have not been much of a logger as i am still getting the hang of the whole mfp thing- but I have been on it. With the exception of one month when i was not well I have walked 30-50km per week. And since Oct when I joined lost 6kg.
We can take the miles for last week and this week. Another I am not sure of the conversion from km to miles, one the ladies can help us with that, but I do ask you can convert them please!!!
