My Cheat Day

The second week was harder for me dietwise than the first week. I found myself actually being a little hungry a few nights. And I ate more calories than the week before. I did not go over my limit most days, but it was harder staying under my limit. And all week long, I've been fantasizing about Sunday - my cheat day. The day that I would be able to eat whatever I wanted. I had the family over my son's b-day dinner and it really was a cheat day - pizza, stromboli, cookie cake, brownie, beer. Now that it is over, I am actually looking forward to getting back on track and eating healthy tomorrow. I bought Jillian Michael's 30DS and I plan to integrate the workout into my routine. Not quite sure how, but I feel good and positive that I will and it will work. How did you spend your cheat day?

I ate more of what I would normally eat. For example I had a scrambled egg sandwich and used 3 real eggs instead of 1 egg and 2 whites, and I had 2 slices of bread instead of using one like toast. Ate 1/4 c more Kashi cereal this morning too. Spread my workout thruout the day since not much was going on. I get a gold star for not having any wine over the weekend!

Your cheat day was so much better than mine! My cheat day did a lot of damage. I weighed myself on Sat and my weight was fluctuating in the 147's. Tuesday is my official weight day, so I did not record that. I stepped on the scale today and my weight was 149.4. I can feel myself "tightening up" though and I am happy about that.
