I'm no expert, but you seem to be making a mistake that I'm having trouble correcting as well. You're breaking at the knees too early on the descent; causing the bar path to have to go around them instead of a straight line down. Your back looked good set 1-3 I think though, which is the most important part.0

It looks to me like your back is rounding on the initial pull. Seems to be worse on your first pull in each set.
Your descent is WAY too slow and controlled and the combination of the above and this, may lead to injury.
Your hips look a bit high as well but this would probably just effect your numbers moreso than an injury risk.
Have you seen Mark Rippetoe's youtube vids on deadlifting yet?0 -
shoulders appear to be a bit too far in front of the bar IMO.
Hips are shooting up early, before every rep/set i tell myself "*kitten* down, head up".
you're almost stiff legging the lift. right before the pull, you should drop your hips down some, not all the way to squat depth, but definitely lower than you're doing.0
