regular but its really old is that the best way to go just buy a newer one0

I have the Weight Watchers scale. It measures your body fat as well as a few other things (it's digital). The best thing I find is to measure yourself wearing the same thing and at the same time. Because I know clothes add on a few ounces, I chose to weight myself on Sunday mornings in my undies. Staying consistent will help to keep track of the weight a little more accurately. Try not to do it too often throughout the week because when the weight fluctuates in the wrong direction, it can be a little upsetting. I hope this helps.0
