Happy Monday everyone! Did you all have a good weekend?

What are your goals for today? Any workouts done or scheduled? I have a trainer session in about an hour and my legs and butt are so sore from yesterday's squat. I'm starting C25K today and I'm super pumped!

    My weekend was made better when I stepped on the scale Monday morning and saw I actually lost! W00t!

    I packed my gym bag planning on working out after work but got pulled into a meeting instead. I got some free makeup out of it so it wasn't so bad :P

    The gym bag is still in my car so I'll work out tomorrow. Just going to try for 30 minutes on the elliptical. I'm hoping to start add back in strength training as my hip can handle it (getting over bursitis).

    I'm also shooting for drinking more water tomorrow too :)

    I lost weight!

    I'm making terrible food choices lately, but it'll get better.
