Ok I need some opinions. I usually dont exercise till I get home from work or before bed. However, tomorrow I have to have some minor dental work done after work. Just getting a cap on a tooth. Does anyone know if you can exercise after something like that? Or should I try to get it over with in the morning? I dont think I am going to be in pain. I am just so nervous about anything getting in the way of my workout!!!

If you can, knock it out in the a.m. just so you don't have to worry about it. Otherwise, I'm sure the most they'll do is numb you so you should be fine after the dentist. You might just drool on yourself. ;)

I'd get it done early myself, just because I tend to put it off -subconsciously. Don't know if that would work for you as I always sweat some 15-20 min past my workout. Hope that helps
