Shoutout to the guys who brought Fluff over to MFP and shared some of their recipes. The_Saint and I expiremented this weekend with some flavors and I thought I'd share the Banana Fluff recipe as it was my favorite!
3 FROZEN bananas
2 scoops vanilla whey protein (We used MRM 100% Vanilla Whey)
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup skim milk
1tsp xantham gum
1tsp Vanilla extract
4 packets Stevia
Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and mix on high for 7-9 minutes.
Nutrition for total:
629 Cal
93g Carbs
2g Fat
59g Protein
11g Fiber
375mg Sodium
Nutrition per serving: (Made 600g so 100g per serving)
105 Cal
16g Carbs
0g Fat
10g Protein
2g Fiver
63mg Sodium

I also found that you can add a fat to fluff too!
I used Sunflower Seed Butter, but I'm certain peanut butter would work.
Just need to fold it in after the fluff is completed. Fold it in gently.0 -
sounds good. Don't know why I've never thought of using frozen bananas. Use them for ice cream all the time.0
