i did week 3, day 1 tonight. I did 19,24,19,19, max 30. I held 8 lb weights in each arm, that seemed to be just about right :)

    Down by your sides or out in front? Trying to get a visualization so I can do that today. I seem to have better balance with my arms held straight out in front.

    I had the weights out in front, but when I you tubed it, most women were either holding them down my their sides or up on the shoulder. I will try day 2 up on the shoulder. I am not as sore today as I thought I might be :)

    with 1 - 5 pound weight held with arms in V. Feeling sore today since I did incline walking, but wanted to get it done today since I'm a busy mama tomorrow! :bigsmile:

    I did Week 3, Day 1 yesterday: 19,24,19,19, max 40 (with a 2.5 lbs weight in each hand). I was UBBER sore after the fitness test on Tuesday, so my Thursday Day 1 was really a push to get started. I feel merely normal sore today, so I anticipate a solid workout tomorrow/Saturday.

    I'm so excited about building up my lower core with this program!

    I think I can stick with this, I am sore but it hurts so good!

    On Saturday I did w3 d3. 30, 38, 27, 27, max 40 with 8lb weight :)
