Introduction

I'm going to follow Week 6, column 3 this week without any weights (if the back can handle it). Have a great week!
Week 3
Okay ladies, I skipped to Week 5, Day 1 and I'm in column 3. 50 - holding 1, 5 pound weight 55 - same 40 - lifting 5 pound weight in both hands 35 - same 55 - same Trying to get into my groove again! Thanks for understanding! :flowerforyou:
Week 2
This week I'm following column 3 of week 4: Monday I did 29, 34, 29, 29, and max of 50 (with 8lb weights) :happy:
Week 1
i did week 3, day 1 tonight. I did 19,24,19,19, max 30. I held 8 lb weights in each arm, that seemed to be just about right :)
