I'm going to follow Week 6, column 3 this week without any weights (if the back can handle it). Have a great week!

I did the test and had 2 - 5 pound weights the first 100 and 1- 5 pound the second 100. I completed 200 squats with no rest. My cold is making it very hard for me to breath glad I could get that done! Good luck ladies!!!0

Monday I did week 6, day 1 with no weights. It felt really good, but I didn't want to push it with the back issues. Dr. said I have to get adjusted every day this week :grumble: I'm not so excited about that, but it is feeling much better. Next week I'll only have to go once, thankfully! :glasses:0
