Week One Weigh Ins

What a brilliant night - well done everyone for a great first week. Martin was our biggest loser at 5.5lb with everyone else hitting at least the 3lb mark. Lets take each day as it comes but keep the motivation and weight losses coming. Any please add any hints and tips from last week on best recipes or foods you loved / liked.
