    Count me in!
  • Hiya!

Good to see a group for us veggies! I'm almost a vegan as eat very little dairy, but I do like my dairy treats now and then so not quite strict enough to count as vegan just yet!

    :)

I've been vegetarian for the last 8 days! But I'm definitely in it for the long term. I do choose some vegan options when it comes to dairy, but I do enjoy milk in my tea as well as cheese and eggs. So I think I'll just continue on this path for a while.

I am like that :-) but no dairy in tea just cheeeeeese and eggs om nom :-)

I do eat vegan cheese sometimes for a change but giving up egg will be a tough one if I become vegan!
  • I've been a vegetarian for 3 years (approximately)
And though I don't drink milk straight out- I do in certain cases in cooked products like mac & cheese (yep I eat the cheese - that's a tought one to give up for me)
And I don't consume eggs straight up either - they usually need to be cleverly disgusied in finished products like cakes and granola bars
I did this really because of my love for animals and for my health - over weight issues runs in my family

However, once I'm able to be a little more independent of myself (currently attending school) I plan to slowly transform my diet to be more vegan because that's pretty much my ultimate goal lol

    Here!

I eat eggs. I do not drink milk...but I will consume cheeses. Usually any cheese I do consume is sheep or goat as cows don't agree with me. I also love a smattering of different vegan cheeses.

Due to a thyroid condition I strive to remain mostly soy free. Thanks to Quorn I have a few more options!

I heavily rely on fresh veggies, fruits, beans, eggs & nuts.

And PS...I've been doing this for about 7 years. I did have a few meat relapses in there but have been living this lifestyle consecutively for the past 3.
