Good Morning Girls.. My name is Ana, I'm from Guatemala, Central America... In case you dont know where is that... Guatemala is a small country right below Mexico... If my english is not that good I apologize in advance, I'm a spanish speaker....

I dont know if I fit the profile of most of the girls in the group but i have found useful info and tips in here... I;m 5'2 and I weight 142 and my goal is to lose between 10 and 15 pounds, but 10 is my first goal....

I workout at a Curves Gym... Does anybody here have done that before? What do you think about it?

I have been there for almost a year but in a very inconsisten manner.. so have losing and gainig pounds like crazy.... I stop going to the gym like a month ago and I came back yesterday.... My anual membership will be expired in a couple of months .. but i was wondering if I should stay there or switch to the "regular" type of Gym.....

Your opinion and thoughts are appreciated!!!
