Come in the ring and join the group. We are posting workout routines, which can include any style of martial arts, boxing, yoga, cardio workouts, or anything that you want to discuss.

Today we focused on cardio, combinations, and mixed martial arts. Total workout: 1:15 hr.

Warm up, 3 minutes jump rope vigorously.

Sit ups with 12 lb medicine ball 4 sets of 15

- Done with hand wraps only -

Drills - 3 x jumping jack, 3 x mountain climber, 3 x pushup, leap and repeat for 2 min. (repeat x 2)

Ax kick drills with opponent, right leg (2 min, each)

Ax kick drills with opponent, left leg (2 min, each)

Ax kick drills, this time the opponent will try to hit you with bag if you let your guard down. (2 min, each)

Boxing with opponent holding bag, left jab, right cross, right upper cut, right hook, knee kick (2 min, each)

Boxing with opponent holding bag, left jab, right cross, right upper cut, right hook, knee kick (2 min, each), this time the opponent will try to hit you with bag if you let your guard down.

- Done with boxing gloves -

Right hand injury, practice throwing left jab, low hook, high hook, uppercut, left hand only (2 min practice round)

Left hand injury, practice throwing right cross, low hook, high hook, uppercut, right hand only (2 min practice round)

Opponent is much bigger than you (practice) - overhead hook, followed by slip and uppercut. (2 min practice round)

Freestyle, anything goes (2 min practice round x 3) include jab, cross, hook, uppercut, front kick, side kick, spinning back kick.

Stretching legs, torso, and lower body x 15 min
