Made it through week 1 day 1! My calves n shins hurt like the ****ens... but I pushed through it... I mean it was only running for a minute at a time! Anyone else feel that way? And it made me run totally goofy... felt like I was bringing my knees up too high or something. So if there's any runners in the group I could use some pointers!
