Made it through week 1 day 1! My calves n shins hurt like the ****ens... but I pushed through it... I mean it was only running for a minute at a time! Anyone else feel that way? Officially Registered for My First Ever 5k!
I am officially registered for my first ever 5k! Holy Crap - can't back out now.....It is in 109 days, so I've got plenty of time to get my arse prepared. Couch to 5k ....whatever it is that you need to do to get you moving - do it! I"m using this as motivation and something new to re-energize my weight loss! I know I will be able to do it, might as well have some fun and do it with my good MFP friends! My goal is to finish in under 30 minutes!! Dooooo it!!
