Back to work today. I work 10-7 so worked out with my Biggest Loser DVD, and arranged my recipe file this am. Pre-recorded breakfast and lunch to keep me on track!

I'm a bit sore from the gym yesterday - I'm happy about this, means I actually worked hard.
I like to go for walks most days but it's minus 30c here - brrrrr - so no walking for me. Can't go to the gym today cause it's too cold for my car to start but I'm thinking I'm gonna do my pilates dvd and maybe some hula hooping later. Have a good day everyone!0 -
Today is my rest day. Still drinking my water. Hopefully I get to finish my first 4 oz around 1 or 2 pm.0
