things I've noticed..

I had to take a few days off level 2 as I'd sprained my wrist - still done atleast a 30minute walk each day though. today was my first day back on level 2.
Perhaps taking a day or two off has made me notice the changes that have happened for me. other than the stamina thing (I nearly died the first time i did level 1 with the jump rope/star jumps reps) is that when it comes to the cool down at the end and your sat stretching out, I can sit up straight.
That sounds silly I know, but before I could never have sat like that with a straight back, I didn't have the core muscles to do so. Now though I find myself sitting fairly upright with minimal if any slouching.
I love the new me
anyone else noticed small things like that?

Well, like I've said I've not seen any inches or scales changes BUT - my legs feel a lot firmer, I just noticed today - my skin feels more taut.0

I have noticed I can do the plank exercises without dying. I took a day off and it made all the difference I felt stronger when I did it the day after my break.0

yeah I'd definitely agree with the legs too! that's awesome on the plank activities - it really shows what having that day rest can do to give everything a break and come back stronger and ready to go!0
