I will be finishing up Burn the day we leave to go on vacation. This of course means that I can't transition immediatelt to Push. I plan on exercising on the trip but wonder when I get back, 10 days, later if I should do Burn 1 more week before transitioning into Push.

If I were you, I'd go on to push since you completed all of the burn circuit. If you'd be more comfortable doing a week of burn before the transition to get back in the swing of things, it wouldn't hurt anything.0

I personally would do 1 more week of Burn. On the Push Phase you lift much heavier weights, and that would be more difficult with a week off from lifting.0

Thanks Ladies. I will probably do a week of Burn then transition. Just seems more doable.0
