Greetings everyone and welcome to the Armstrong County Losers group on myfitnesspal! I would really like to develop this group into a useful health and fitness resource for everyone.
To get us started off I would like to hear everyone's suggestions for this group. Maybe you would like to discuss certain topics? Create a section to share health related articles and so on. Share recipes, exercise and dieting tips?
Please feel free to invite other members as this is an open group. As I said, it would be really nice if this group became a common stop online for those of us trying to lose weight and stay fit in Armstrong County.

Tony... Logo could be like the biggest loser logo, but with armstong co. losers instead. Just the first thought that came to mind.0

Not a bad idea. I will have to do some photoshop work. Also I have a logo maker software, wonder if I could modify it some. If you photoshop anything let me know. :-)0
