Supplemental Exercise?

Is anyone doing exercise in addition to the 30DS? I am wondering if I should try to do more, but some days it feels like the 24 mins are about all I can handle lol.

After I finish the workout, I go for a good walk. It helps get my body calmed down and just feels good.0

I've been wondering if I should add another workout as well. But in the video Jillian says if we give her 20 minutes it's like hours at the gym.... Sure feels like it. LOL.0

I am hoping to add in other exercise such as walking and heading to my gym on certain days....but not all.0

I really want to start doing hot yoga,and am thinking of adding it on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have really let myself go as far as fitness and am a lot more out of shape than I have ever been before , so I am not trying to overdo it in the beginning. It is hard because in my mind, I can still go out and do an hour aerobics class and then do an hour of weights, but my body is nowhere near ready for that. I just have to keep reminding myself to take baby steps to get back to where I want to be. :ohwell:0

I walk when I can on my breaks at work and try to get a little jog in on the weekends. But my focus is just on giving those 20 minutes my best every day, anything else is just icing on the cake. (I almost mean that literally, because I like to spend my extra calories on sweets!)

I did a spinning class this morning at my gym and now I don't want to do my Jillian workout! I'm not too sore anymore (today is day 3) but I just have no desire! I'm planning on doing spinning 2-3 times a week and walking on the treadmill the other days at the gym in addition to the 30DS.0

I do the elliptical at the gym in the morning for 30-35 minutes. Have breakfast with my husband and do the 30DS after he leaves. After the kids get off to school I usually take a nice walk with my mom. Its a great way to start the day.0

I normally walk each day as well, and I do my pilates class once a week, I was worried I'd be too stuffed to do my class, but I did both in one day for the first time yesterday and I survived!0

Wednesday's are my only off days or the only days I only do 30DS now. Monday's are cardio, Tuesday's are arms and cardio, Thursday's are cardio and legs and Friday's are cardio. The weekends I sometimes play golf or soccer with my son, bike riding too, and just general active stuff with the kids.0

i am soo tired today..my work is hectic...its day 3 for me today. not sure if i can do it today or not..
I am currently doing yoga and 30DS0 -
I try to walk Mon-Fri as well as doing 30DS, Saturday is kind of my off day, but I still try and get some kind of exercise in on the Wii as well as 30DS, and Sunday is Zumba (on the Wii) and 30DS. I'm hoping to add at least one more Zumba day, if not 2, it's just hard btwn my kids basketball, homework, a 5 month old, and all the other demands of being a wife, mother, and having a job... Plus the 1st few days of 30DS I was so sore I couldn't imagine doing another workout other than walking.0

I usually go to the gym in the morning straight after work and do an hour on the elliptical or my C25K workout then head home (feed the cat) and do the 30DS.0

Along with 30DS I am also doing C25K0

I'm doing C25K as well - my plan is to do C25K 3 days a week and 30DS 3 days a week.0

I'm trying to jog/run for 45 minutes every day that I can as well, weather permitting.0
